It is a new colourless method to waterproof indoor or outdoor surfaces, in new buildings or repairing works where it is necessary to achieve a perfect waterproofing and extreme resistance to fissures and to continuous pedestrian traffic. It protects concrete, stone, ceramics, prefabricated structures, from water soak and moisture without changing its natural colour. For its easy way to use and for its total guarantee, LAIM 2 INCOLORO is essential in terraces and those surfaces that, due to its configuration, are inclined to leaking and filtration problems. It is also a good finish for our product LAIM, and applied on surfaces waterproofed through coatings compounded of acrylic copolymers in aqueous dispersion LAIM 2 INCOLORO gives them an extraordinary resistance to wear and tear and to ageing.
In old surfaces, eliminate previously the remainders of bad stuck particles and other impurities as dust, moisture, oils, and greases, remainders of paints or waterproofing nettings which could become detached. The remainders of working materials can be eliminated with DESCAL, rinsing with a lot of water and letting it dry. Apply the product with temperatures between 5º and 35ºC, and foreseeing it will not rain and relative moisture will not be of 90% or higher. New concrete must have been cured at the very least 25 days and the compression coats 14 days. Excessive paint thickness may affect the right drying of the product.
The product application does not need difficult techniques. It can be applied with brush, paint roller or airless. It is recommended to apply the product in two coats with intervals of not higher than 24 hours between them.
To dilute it, if it is necessary, use our solvent DILUYENTE Nº1.
When the product is applied in terraces it is recommended to extent it in the surrounding walls making a baseboard of 15-20 cm from the floor.
